I stay here every time I attend a concert at the Central Florida Fairgrounds and I always have a lovely experience. The staff is so helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was awesome when there was a slight mix up with my reservation - somehow there were three reservations in my name for the same night - and instead of charging me for all three rooms - which some places would have done, trust me - she quickly set it right and made sure I got the best room. This time I stayed in an ADA room with my friend, who is in a wheelchair. The accessibility of the room was top notch. The roll in shower with two shower heads was fantastic. I felt like I was at a five star hotel! The lights to the bathroom were automatic and the switches for the other lights in the room were in reach for my companion. (So many hotel lamp switches are not accessible.) The parking was also very ADA friendly. There is even a ramp to the pool area. My room was clean, quiet and affordable. Not to mention it is so convenient to the fairgrounds - this is my go to place to stay.

The rooms are so nice I got a king room on the second floor the front desk I was be awesome. I was blown away by the rooms. They’re huge, nice big huge comfy king bed nice bathroom, Wifi cable TV really nice armoire with dresser hairdryer iron pull couch. This is the best value I’ve ever got in Orlando. I’m glad cause it really impressed my date. I would totally stay here again gas station across the street Walmart mile away right next to downtown, you can’t beat it. The staff was awesome and I would totally stay here again.

3rd time staying at this hotel, and I can tell this year they did change a few things that made it feel better than before. The floor was cleaned definitely with something different than the last time cause it was some sticky cleaner back then. The shower curtain was CLEAN, with no stains at all. Refrigerator and microwave was clean too. AC unit looked updated, it was digital. Staff was very nice.

Everything I loved everything about the property. These guys are fantastic to talk to you. They usually accommodate everything you need. I made a mistake and let someone staying at my door way to smoke and that should never happen but all you have to do is ask for a smoking room they will accommodate you for that. These guys are fantastic and they’re very helpful.

They were able to give me very early check-in which worked out awesome for me. The room exceeded expectations for the cost.
